Order Confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
Shipping Confirmation
You will then receive a second e-mail from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second e-mail should include tracking information when this is available.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday are shipped the day that we receive them, if in stock. Should any orders be placed for stock that needs to be shipped out of South Africa, it is important that you determine the import requirements of the local country concerning receipt of goods from South Africa. Depending upon the value of the order, and/or the necessary documentation that needs to accompany the shipment, these will normally be shipped either by a courier (small quantities) or a freight agent, whose additional costs will have to be carried by you (the customer).
We recommend that for all export orders, the necessary insurance provision is arranged and while we are aware of some of the documentation that might be required, it is very important that the importer specify exactly what documentation is needed. We cannot carry any liability for additional expenses or certification that needs to be obtained.
1. Orders Submitted on a Weekend
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second e-mail from us within two business days confirming shipment of your order.
Shipping Costs
Parcels weighing less than 5 kg (only powders) can be shipped by Insured Ordinary Mail or Speed Services, but the address for delivery must be a postal address or a post office (alternatively a Post Net). Courier Services are available for any size parcel.  Alternatively you can send your own courier company to collect your parcel after payment have been confirmed and received.
Delivery via Parcel Post normally takes 3 – 5 days, while courier normally deliver within 3 days. Please note this does not include weekend deliveries. If a customer specifically requires a weekend delivery  this can only be effected through courier services at additional costs  a quotation will be provided for each order.
In the event of Stride Distributors electing to effect delivery of the goods to you by road transport, uploading transport and offloading of goods, shall be at the sole risk of buyer.
Stride Distributors does not guarantee supply of the goods on any specified date, but will attempt to supply the same on or about the date they are required by and as specified by the Buyer. Stride Distributors shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any damages suffered by the Buyer as a result of the failure by Stride Distributors to supply the goods timeously.
For International orders, should the Buyer require goods to be sampled, such sampling will be effected, before dispatch of the goods to the Buyer, by Buyer at Stride Distributors factory or store, unless otherwise agreed. Stride Distributors shall not be responsible for the quality of the goods after dispatch of the same to the Buyer. Sampling shall be performed in accordance with the method determined by Stride Distributors. Stride Distributors shall take every reasonable precaution to ensure that all Goods supplied are free from any deleterious matter or substances but shall not be liable, in any way whatsoever, for any loss or damage resulting from the presence of any such deleterious matter or substances in the Goods.
2. Quality and Purpose
All Goods supplied by Stride Distributors to our customers are warranted to accord with the specification agreed to in writing between the parties, or as specified by Stride Distributors, or, if there is no such specification, to be within normal limits of industrial quality. All other warranties or conditions as to quality or description (statutory or otherwise) are specifically excluded.
The liability of Stride Distributors for breach of this warranty (or for any other claim based on any defect in Goods supplied by Stride Distributors to a Buyer) shall not exceed replacement of the Goods shown to be defective or, at Stride Distributors’s option, reimbursement of the price received by it for the Goods.
Any recommendation, statement or suggestion relating to the use of any Goods supplied by Stride Distributors to a Buyer made by Stride Distributors either in technical literature or in response to a specific enquiry or otherwise is given in good faith, but the Buyer shall satisfy itself of the suitability of the Goods for its own particular purpose, even though that purpose may be specified in the Sale, and any implied warranty or condition (statutory or otherwise) is specifically excluded.
