We will gladly refund your money in full minus the original shipping costs as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

Stride Distributors reserves the right to refuse to recognise any complaint from a Buyer in respect of specification, quantity package failure or short delivery of goods unless such complaint is lodge in writing with Stride Distributors within 14 days of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
Please note that goods that have been shipped to a Buyer will only be accepted for returns within 30 days after the sales transaction and if the product is still un-opened. Product that is returned to Stride Distributors should be returned with the cost of delivery paid by the Buyer. Any returns that are received will be acknowledged by e-mail and followed by a refund when the Buyer has provided Stride Distributors with their banking details plus we have confirmed that the goods are in good order. Returns of gifts by a third party will not be accepted.
In the event that damaged goods are received, these should be noted on the delivery documentation when they are received. It is very important to retain a copy of the delivery documentation to prove that damage occurred prior to final delivery.
